During the recognition mission US Navy fighter is shot down over enemy territory in Bosnia. Navigator Chris Burnett (Owen Wilson) is escaping from enemy army. His commander (Gean Hackman) is trying to help him against orders given him from NATO.

Not bad movie, very nice scene of escaping fighter from the ground (surface) to air missile.
